SMALL HALL CAPACITY 40	£10.00 per hour  (Minimum 2 hrs.) £15.00 per hour before 9.00am and after 11.00pm
MAIN HALL CAPACITY 120
Daytime (9.00am to 6.00pm)	£15.00 per hour  (Minimum 2 hrs.) £25 per hour before 9.00am
Any 5 hour block between 9.00am & 6.00pm	£70.00 (then £10.00 per hour until 6.00pm)
Evenings (6.00pm to 11.00pm)	£22.00 per hour  (Minimum 2 hrs.)
Any 4 hour block 6.00pm to 11.00pm	£80.00 (then £25.00 per hour thereafter)
Full 5 hour block 6.00pm to 11.00pm	£95.00 (then £25.00 per hour thereafter)
FULL DAY RATE       9.00am to 10.00pm	£185.00 (then £25.00 per hour thereafter)
KITCHEN USED FOR COOKING	£40.00
KITCHEN USED FOR TEA/COFFEE	NO CHARGE
PROJECTOR AND SCREEN IN LARGE & SMALL HALLS	NO CHARGE

If you wish to use the projector and screen please indicate YES/NO .   You will be responsible for operating the equipment and for the safekeeping of the remote controls.  Should you incur any loss or damage to the equipment or controls you will be charged in full for their replacement or their repair costs. Instructions on how to obtain the remote controls and how to use the equipment will be sent to you when I receive this form, completed and signed.

 

The Hall has recently had WiFi, a new sound system and Bluetooth installed.  Please ask for more details if you wish to use any of these facilities
